CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we operate by appointment only. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance during our regular business hours in order for your deposit to be applied toward a future appointment. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or failure to show up for your scheduled appointment may result in a 50% service fee. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
